The TAE 40110 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment is the new National Quality Council of Australia (NQC) endorsed qualification for trainers and assessors in Australia. Developed by Innovation and Business Skills Australia, the Industry Skills Council, the TAE40110 certificate IV training and assessment qualification in Australia has now been streamlined from 14 units to 10, allowing students to gain key TAE40110 training and assessment skills faster.
The core units of the new TAE40110 Certificate IV Training and Assessment are similar to their counterparts in the existing TAA 40104 Certificate IV in Training, and several have been integrated to this tae40110 course to reduce the amount of overlapping which marked the existing Certificate IV Training and Assessment 40104.
